Dina Meyer is Dina Meyer is a New York native who was born in Forest Hills Queens. She moved from Queens to Dix Hills Long Island just before she finished her high school junior year. She has two younger siblings and an older brother. Her first exposure to the entertainment industry came as she was modeling at the age of 9 to 16. Her acting career began at The Neighborhood Playhouse, New York. She was a student of Sanford Meisner's techniques with Ron Stetson for three years. Others who have received this education include Sandra Bullock, Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum, Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton, and many other actors. Her first performance came with Beverly Hills 90210. This led to her relocating in Los Angeles. The role was as the main character in Johnny Mnemonic in which she performed almost all her stunts by herself. She also established herself as a talented actress. It was through the agency for talent that was Matt LeBlanc that she was successful in securing a regular role in the TV show Friends.
